About 118 volts come from the wall and into the box 📦 in the plug in the Owl 🦉. However, the Owl🦉 only uses 12 volts 💡. Because the box with the voltage is not connected to the Owl🦉, we did not have to worry about getting shocked. Moreover, when the Owl🦉 isn't plugged in we don't have to worry about the voltage🔌
Another of our safety precautions 🥽🦺 was making sure we didn't pull or break anything on the Owl🦉 when we were taking it apart.
Something that we had to be careful when doing was removing these wires🔌 from the board. They were pretty stuck in but we had to be careful not to break anything or tear the wires.
